BOARD PLAST 1600<\/strong><\/p>\n

A polymer-cement ready adhesive with high adhesion, specially designed for fixing XPS and EPS thermal-insulation boards on different surfaces such as concrete, plaster, block walls, and facades.<\/p>\n

It features high bonding strength, suitable working time, excellent spreadability, and outstanding resistance to moisture and shrinkage.<\/p>\n

        Composition:<\/strong> High-quality cement + fine sand + polymers + bonding materials + enhanced additives.<\/p>\n

        Mixing:<\/strong><\/p>\n

          Add 6\u20137 liters of water<\/strong> for each 20 kg<\/strong> bag.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          Mix for 3\u20134 minutes<\/strong> until a homogeneous paste is obtained.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          5\ufe0f\u20e3 Application Method<\/strong><\/h3>\n

          First: Surface Preparation<\/strong><\/h4>\n
            \n
          • \n

            Clean the surface from dust, oils, and loose materials.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          • \n

            Lightly moisten the surface if it is very dry.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          • \n

            Repair any weak or peeling areas before starting.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Second: Mixing<\/strong><\/h4>\n
              \n
            • \n

              Pour the correct amount of water into a clean container.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            • \n

              Add BOARD BLAST 1600 powder gradually while stirring.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            • \n

              Mix using an electric mixer to obtain a smooth, uniform mixture.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              Third: Application<\/strong><\/h4>\n

              \u2714 Apply the adhesive to the wall using a notched trowel (6\u201310 mm).
              \u2714 Add additional adhesive dots on the back of the board if needed.
              \u2714 Install the XPS\/EPS board on the wall with light pressure to ensure full adhesion.
              \u2714 Use a level to adjust alignment.<\/p>\n

              Fourth: Drying<\/strong><\/h4>\n
                \n
              • \n

                Leave the boards fixed for 24 hours<\/strong> before any finishing work.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

              • \n

                Avoid direct water contact during the first 12 hours<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                6\ufe0f\u20e3 ASTM Compliance<\/strong><\/h3>\n
