\nAdvanced sealer for stamped concrete and concrete surface coatings<\/p>\n
Crystal Seal 600 is a high-performance sealer based on a special acrylic formula. It penetrates the concrete surface and forms a strong protective layer that prevents water and oil absorption and preserves the final color of stamped concrete, stamped tiles, cement floors, exterior surfaces, and walkways.<\/p>\n
It gives the surface a light to medium sheen (depending on the number of coats), improves abrasion resistance, prevents staining and fading, reduces salt absorption, and increases the lifespan of the concrete.<\/p>\n
Crystal Seal 600 is used on:<\/p>\n
Stamped concrete.<\/p>\n
New or old concrete floors.<\/p>\n
Sidewalks and exterior walkways. Colored Concrete Coatings (Color Hardener).<\/p>\n
Garden walls and floors, and concrete decorations.<\/p>\n
Garage and light warehouse floors.<\/p>\n
Protects concrete from absorption, moisture, and fading.<\/p>\n

\u2714\ufe0f Surface Preparation<\/p>\n
Before application, the surface must be:<\/p>\n
Clean and free from dust, oil, and dirt.<\/p>\n
Completely dry (moisture content less than 5%).<\/p>\n
New concrete must be left to cure for 3 to 4 days before applying the sealer.<\/p>\n
Remove any old, uncured sealer.<\/p>\n

Crystal Seal 600 can be applied using one of the following methods:<\/p>\n
Sprayer (preferred for sealed concrete).<\/p>\n
3\/8 inch Roller.<\/p>\n
Brush (for small areas). Number of Coats:<\/p>\n
First coat + optional second coat after drying.<\/p>\n
For sealed surfaces, two coats are recommended for stronger protection.<\/p>\n
Drying Time:<\/p>\n
Touch dry: 15-20 minutes<\/p>\n
Full dry for walking: 4-6 hours<\/p>\n
Full dry for loading and vehicles: 24 hours<\/p>\n
