HARD CURING 4000

Liquid Membrane-Forming Concrete Curing Compound

1. Product Description

Hard Curing 4000 is a highly efficient liquid curing compound that forms a thin membrane over the concrete surface to prevent rapid water evaporation. It helps reduce premature shrinkage cracking, increases the final strength of the concrete, and ensures proper curing according to ASTM specifications.

4. Application Method

1) Surface Preparation
Apply the product immediately after the concrete has been leveled and bleeding has stopped.

The surface must be clean and free of free water.

2) Mixing
The product is ready to use; simply shake before application.

3) Application
Use a manual or mechanical sprayer or a soft brush.

Spray in a uniform layer without pooling.

Consumption Rate:
5–8 m² per liter, depending on surface roughness.

4) Drying

Initial drying time: 30–60 minutes.

Do not walk on the surface or apply additional layers for 24 hours.

8. Important Notes

Do not apply to surfaces to be painted until a compatibility test has been conducted.

Do not apply to waterlogged concrete.

Avoid application during rain or strong winds.

Avoid direct contact with eyes and skin.

In case of ingestion or severe exposure, seek medical attention immediately.
