Ultra Joint 2000 is a high-performance cementitious joint sealant, enhanced with polymers and silicone compounds to ensure the highest quality. Ultra Joint 2000 is specially formulated for filling the joints of ceramic, porcelain, marble, and natural stone tiles, whether on floors or walls. Thanks to its innovative formula, Ultra Joint 2000 offers superior flexibility and exceptional water resistance, making it ideal for use in wet areas such as bathrooms, kitchens, and swimming pools. Ultra Joint 2000 carries the technical classification CG2WA according to the European standard EN 13888, confirming its high quality.

2. Technical Characteristics and Features

3. Scope of Application and Uses
• Filling the joints of ceramic and porcelain tiles in floors and walls.

• Ideal for use in areas exposed to constant moisture, such as bathrooms, kitchens, and balconies.

• Filling the joints of marble and natural stone tiles.

• Ultra Joint 2000 is used for joints between 1 mm and 10 mm wide.

4. Preparation Instructions Application

Surface Preparation:

• Ensure the grout is thoroughly clean and free of any dust, oils, or adhesive residue.

• The grout must be completely dry before starting the filling process.

Preparation and Application:

• Mixing: Empty the contents of the Ultra Joint 2000 sachet into a clean container. Gradually add water at a ratio of 0.3 liters of water per 1 kg of powder, mixing continuously.

• Stirring: Mix thoroughly using a low-speed mechanical mixer until you obtain a smooth, lump-free paste. Allow the paste to rest for 5 minutes, then mix again.

• Application: Use a rubber scraper to firmly push Ultra Joint 2000 into the grout at a 45-degree angle, ensuring it is completely filled.

• Removal of Excess: After 15 to 20 minutes, use a damp sponge to remove any excess paste from the tile surface.

• Final Cleaning: After complete drying (24 hours), wipe the surface with a dry cloth to remove any dust or residue.

5. Packaging and Storage

• Packaging: Ultra Joint 2000 is available in 1 kg, 5 kg, and 20 kg bags.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture.

Shelf life: 12 months from the date of production in its original, unopened packaging.

6. Safety Precautions

• Please wear gloves and protective eyewear during preparation and application.

• Avoid inhaling the dust generated by the powder.

• If Ultra Joint 2000 comes into contact with the eyes, rinse immediately with clean water and consult a doctor.

• Keep out of reach of children.
