1️⃣ General Description – Product Description

Crystal Seal 600 is a high-performance sealer based on a special acrylic formula. It penetrates the concrete surface and forms a strong protective layer that prevents water and oil absorption and preserves the final color of stamped concrete, stamped tiles, cement floors, exterior surfaces, and walkways.

It gives the surface a light to medium sheen (depending on the number of coats), improves abrasion resistance, prevents staining and fading, reduces salt absorption, and increases the lifespan of the concrete.

2️⃣ Applications – Uses

Crystal Seal 600 is used on:

Stamped concrete.

New or old concrete floors.

Sidewalks and exterior walkways. Colored Concrete Coatings (Color Hardener).

Garden walls and floors, and concrete decorations.

Garage and light warehouse floors.

Protects concrete from absorption, moisture, and fading.

5️⃣ Application Instructions

✔️ Surface Preparation

Before application, the surface must be:

Clean and free from dust, oil, and dirt.

Completely dry (moisture content less than 5%).

New concrete must be left to cure for 3 to 4 days before applying the sealer.

Remove any old, uncured sealer.

✔️ Application Method

Crystal Seal 600 can be applied using one of the following methods:

Sprayer (preferred for sealed concrete).

3/8 inch Roller.

Brush (for small areas). Number of Coats:

First coat + optional second coat after drying.

For sealed surfaces, two coats are recommended for stronger protection.

Drying Time:

Touch dry: 15-20 minutes

Full dry for walking: 4-6 hours

Full dry for loading and vehicles: 24 hours

Coverage:

5-8 m² per liter depending on surface roughness.

Store in a dry, shaded place.

9️⃣ Important Notes

Do not apply in direct sunlight.

Do not use on wet surfaces.

Prohibit vehicular traffic for 24 hours after application.

Test the product on a small, inconspicuous area before full application.
